Despite the obsession with degrees — I consider these pieces of paper to be worthless, expensive, overrated, and waste of time.
No one is going to hire you because of your degree — they might hire you if they can use and abuse you in this world.
To hand control of your financial future to a bunch of academics is absolutely grotesque and unacceptable.
The increase in the number of graduates means that the number of degree holders is greater than jobs being created to meet this supply—leading to the current situation of unemployed graduates around the world.
What do we learn in college?
All we learn is to sit still like kids, take notes from a professor and then pass exams.
That’s it.
There is nothing more to the college experience than this.
Also, there is the outrageous fee that must be paid to gain entry into these medieval halls.
I remember being in secondary school and learning absolutely nothing of value.
Modern education is a complete scam—completely worthless in every sense.
To survive in the modern economy, you need to be able to sell a service or a product—there is nothing else to financial freedom but the ability to sell.
Shockingly, the school-system does not teach this skill but instead concentrates on memorization skills and examination skills using problem-solving procedures. There is nothing about selling stuff to those who need it; absolutely nothing about entrepreneurship or anything relevant to financial freedom.
In schools and colleges, there is widespread racism, bullying, sexism, sexual-harassment and almost zero employment opportunities after graduation. (See here, here, here and here.)
Is being a victim of racism, violence and sexual assault worth getting in debt for a worthless degree spending years stressing through exams and coursework in a tough economic environment?
Absolutely not—no way in hell!
In the final analysis, I argue that college education is worthless especially in an economy where you are unlikely to get hired—a situation which I find myself in. I am deeply disappointed in education and the modern system of capitalism; neither the left-wing nor the right-wing have any solutions to the problems of young people afflicted with unemployment and lack of support in college.
I hope and pray that the entire modern educational and economic system completely collapses and takes everyone down with them with no survivors left behind.
